Who’s in the men’s tournament?

Here are the teams that clinched the 42 automatic bids into the 2011 Division III men’s basketball tournament. The number in parentheses is the team’s seeding in their conference tournament.   1. The rest: Chapman from ‘B’. Leaving 18 to come from ‘C’: locks are Williams (still a probable one-seed), Va. Wesleyan, Concordia, Amherst, E. Mennonite, Oswego St., WPI, Becker, P-S Behrends, WesConn, & Tex-Dallas. Nobody above has more than 5 L’s. Remaining 7 spots up for grabs- Ramapo (21-6); Ithaca (20-6) , Emory (@19-5 don’t think UAA strong this year); Wabash (20-6, but not a good Feb.); not sure Ferrum qualifies even with only 5 L’s, nor Salem St. with 6, but think they’re in the discussion with some better 7 L. squads. Beyond this there will some moaning & gnashing of teeth for the final spots. Clubbo.
