  1. Testing this out… some of the news to look out for in the Mid-Atlantic/Atlantic… Goucher is looking for a new women’s basketball coach. Charleatta Neal has decided to step down, wanting to spend more time with her family (she is married with two young kids). Neal was voted CAC Coach of the Year in the 2003-04 season, but still had a team that struggled this season. It will be interesting to see who Goucher decides on and if they lose any players – I have heard they may be losing one good player inside.

  2. Pat, I like this idea… as things pickup, it will provide a direct spot to comment on the tidbits that you or your group come up with… ie, if anyone has seen some of the recruits play, they can comment on what the kid might bring to his college selection. Hopefully it will provide that needed daily dose of D3 hoops news to get us through the tough summer months.

  3. I agree with hopefan – great place to catch up on the scuttle-butt. It’s really hard to get my fix of DIII during the offseason, but this will make it easier.

Really looking forward to see some more from everyone on recruiting.

  4. I’m new to D3 hoops. My son is going to play at Sewanee. When do most school in D3 publish their 2005/2006 schedules?

  5. Typically we don’t see schedules until late September/early October. Some schools take longer than others.
