Quick Hits’ take on second-round scores

After an entertaining, but difficult-to-predict first round, our crew is back to give it another shot. So, we look at all eight second-round games and predict the final score. Do we expect a close game? A high-scoring game? A blowout? Does everyone agree on who will win? Those are the factors worth looking at.

Keith McMillan, Ryan Tipps, Pat Coleman, Adam Turer, Frank Rossi and Greg Thomas each take their crack at it this week and every week from here to Salem.

  1. Based on the last couple of weeks the Mt Union/Case game may be closer and the Brockport /Wesley match up wider score (in Brockport’s favor) than you’re predicted

  2. Give me a break – no one is putting down your picks. The holidays bring out your sensitive side
    UWO over North Central
    Del Valley over Husson
Brockport over Wesley (by a lot)
    Case over Mt. Union
    St. Thomas over Berry
    MHB over Linfield
    W&J over Frostburgh (coin flip)
Trine over Wartburgh (just a guess I haven’t watched either of these two so no idea)

  3. The only thing that kept the score down in last week’s Mount Union game was the weather. They got up a couple of scores and then just sat on the ball and not taking ANY chances.
