  1. Budcrew — I’d have to say it seems unlikely. Based on current scores (acknowledging that Wabash is rallying here), Mount Union in the East, Millsaps in the South, North Central in the North and Willamette in the West.

  2. And Wabash cashes in on the turnover, with Sobecki squeezing into the end zone with 3:03 left in the third. PAT makes it 30-14.

  3. Big play on that possession was a pass interference penalty on DePauw MLB Tarren Collins — set up Wabash at the DePauw 15. Was a six-play, 39-yard drive.

  4. Moravian — Ryan Rempe runs 80 yds to the Mules 12. FD. Run to the 5. No gain on 2nd down. 3 & 3 from the Mule 5; Rempe held to 1-yd gain. (Rempe’s long run to the 12 was stopped by Mules’ Chris Hartsell.) 4th and 2. Cameron Ahouse deflects the pass attempt. Ball goes over. Mule ball 1:23 left. Mules lead 21-14.

  5. RPI trailing by nine with five minutes left and just threw an interception, also helping the Pool C decisions.

  6. Mules’ John DeLuca fumbles and Moravian recovers at the Mule 10. (Why didn’t Muhlenberg take a knee.) 1:10 Moravian ball.

  7. End of the third quarter here. DePauw driving behind some fine runs by Ellis. They get the wind here in the fourth.

  8. Moravian runs to the 7. 2nd down at the 7 (sic). Incomplete pass. 3 & goal at the 7 for Moravian. 1:01 left. Pass interference in the end zone.

FD ball on the 2 yd line, Moravian 0:57 left.

Rempe up the middle for the TD; 2 yds. 0:54. PAT Good. Tied at 21!

  9. Fourth-and-3 coming up for DePauw from the Wabash 25. It would be a 42-yard field goal with the wind at the kicker’s back.

  10. Mules — Kickoff return to their 30. 0:47 left. 1& 10 Incomplete. 0:43 Santagato passes to DeRisi at Moravian 44. 0:33. Mules use 2nd timeout (Moravian has not time outs.)
FD at the Moravian 44 — Incomplete 0:31; DeLuca runs to the 40. 0:22; 3 & 6 Mules use last time out. Santagato to Caporoso 7yd completion to the 33. FD

    1 & 10 — INT by Moravian’s Morrissey at the 38. 0:11 4Q. Tied at 21.

  11. Hobart up 10-7 with 1:01 left. RPI trailing 23-21 with just under three minutes left. Hobart is in with a win OR an RPI loss. RPI is definitely out with a loss.

  12. Moravian at their own 36. Hail Mary. Deflected by Chris Hartsell 0:03. Moravian takes a knee. Tied at 21.

  13. Alfred 30 Fisher 17, 4th quarter, around 430 to go

St. John Fisher driving with a two-minute offense.

  14. Wabash with a nice drive, Hudson completing a bunch of medium range passes. Stopped on third down. STOPPED ON FOURTH DOWN. Hudson had daylight in front of him to the end zone and linebacker Kyle Sherer came up with a on-handed trip-up from the ground to fell Hudson. DePauw ball 10:52 left.

  15. Del Val rolls over Albright 34-9. The key play is a fake field goal where Albright’s holder tries to pitch the ball to the kicker down 21-9. Chad Peterman intercepts it for Del Val and returns it for the touchdown.

Lycoming intercepts Leb Val and returns it for a touchdown themselves, leading 23-15 with under two left. If Lyco holds, they are in to the NCAA tournament.

  16. whew. ugly game on the quagmire/boz, but a win’s a win. all the credit in the world to sr qb and capt rich doyle taking over the game and playing with a separated shoulder.

  17. Well,
That was a huge waste of time trying to watch The Game on Penn Atlantic and Cortaca on whoever. On computers where I’ve previously never had a problem watching audio I got basically … a picture that was way behind udpates I was getting here and repeated itself when it got to the end of its rope.

I don’t know if I overloaded my network or what, but basically anything but D3football.com today has been a big waste of time.

    Thought I’d share.

I’m going to play with my kids. I’ll check scores and The Dose from my iPhone.

  18. Can’t stop babies

    Such is life.

    I’m rather frustrated myself.

Clearly I meant “watching video” though. Watching audio is really difficult!

  19. Lycoming stops Leb Val on fourth and one, takes a knee and clinches the MAC’s automatic bid. Del Val, Albright and Lycoming share the title but the Warriors have head-to-head wins against both.

  20. any possible way MUC isn’t no. 1 in the East?

Sure, if they’re needed to be the 1 in the North. A Wabash loss and a North Central loss or move West.

Also if Muhlenberg pulls it out, they could be a 1 in the East.

There have been 1-loss No. 1 seeds before, I think. Then everybody’s back in it.

    It’s rare though. (Lycoming 8-1, 2003 South; Rowan 8-2, 2004 East … maybe non-div losses though)

  21. Keith: I hope that MUC isn’t imported, but I understand the whole “pick the best 4 and work the brackets around them” deal. I guess having MUC in the East is the region’s penance for its parity, apparently.
