Well, it’s a fairly warm and really windy day here in Belton, Texas. Mount Union is already out to a 10-0 lead in Alliance.

Last night I was here for the UMHB pep rally, and I was amused to hear the … let’s call him the MC of the event, though he came off more like a preacher in tone and really fired people up. But I was intrigued by the claim of lack of respect by D3football.com. Guess they didn’t see our Triple Take this week.

Throwing the floor open. I’m dialing up here so I’m not going to be commenting much.

  3. The “upset” that you have predicted…”the QB position is way down from the last 3 to 4 years”. The QB position wasn’t an issue before you got a peek at the UMHB defense. BTW, a UMHB win would hardly be an upset. Hence the fact that everyone not associated with UWW predicted a Warhawk loss.

    Stay confident man…it’s still close.

  6. I’m not sure what problems everyone is having with the live feed. I’ve been watching the entire Mount game by doing the same thing CortlandFootball did.

  7. Temple fans are chanting “overrated” at the Tennessee fans with an 86-72 lead…man I hate that. Doesn’t make any sense to do that.

I wholeheartedly agree with the special teams play of the Raiders….how in the world do you allow that to happen again on a fake punt…special teams has been key in several MUC title years….ie blocked punts, big returns…they need to get it together…pass defense is also not stellar, and also a fumble…you can’t dial it in…they need to finish strong….

    WarhawkBadger, I wasn’t saying that you called him bad, I was pointing out the fact that you were making excuses for the them to lose. Looks like they’re holding their own.

  32. As a Warhawk fan, I’m liking their chances a liitle more after that last drive. They still need to get the run going. I think they should put both Copage and Anderson in the backfield at the same time.

  33. Ok, my UWW-UMHB audio feed crapped out on me. Is this my problem or are other people not able to get it too?

  34. UWW inside the MHB 30 to start the second half after a botched onside kick. Why take the risk at this point???

  40. Scotties, it wasn’t an OSK, it was in the air and was blown back, since it never went on the ground past the 40 (from what I could hear out of the audio) it was UWW ball on the UMHB24.

  45. Whitewater’s D looks stout…I think UMHB will need to go to the air to get them off the run…good luck with that.
