ATN Podcast 242: The one with guest host Jim Catanzaro

With Keith McMillan on assignment this week, it was left to Pat Coleman to find a new co-host. No small task, perhaps, to find someone to sit in for the guys who wrote more than 100 Around the Nation columns and has co-hosted about 239 podcast episodes. But it turned out it wasn’t hard to find someone to step in.

Enter Lake Forest head coach and NCAA committee chair Jim Catanzaro. (And cue the music!)

This isn’t someone taking Keith’s lines and running with them. Jim writes his own material, makes his own sausage and, yes, tells us what to expect in a couple of key areas on Selection Sunday, depending on what else happens this season.

We nearly had to break the glass and bring out our emergency guest host, but eventually Keith McMillan awoke from his short fall’s nap and joined Pat Coleman for another edition of the podcast.

ATN Podcast 240: The one with all the surprises

When you have actual football games to base opinions off of, rather than just what you see or know on paper, your preconceived notions get challenged, rewritten, or perhaps affirmed. And for Pat Coleman and Keith McMillan, that’s one of the best things about getting the season started.
